When I took this photo I was experimenting with black and white photography. I wanted to get some good shots of this waterfall, and I think I did that pretty well.

For this project I was trying to play around with shadows and light. I think I did a good job to accomplish this. The image turned out better than I thought and it made for a good project.

This is a picture of a mushroom. I was working on a depth of field assignment when I captured this image, it was just laying in the grass and I thought it was cool so I took a couple shots. This image didn't capture depth of field like I wanted, but it turned out cool, especially after I darkened the image.

This photo is of a green leaf. I was working on a depth of field assignment when I took this shot. I wanted to find a leaf or flower with water droplets on it. To take this photo I had to maneuver my camera around the bush and try different angle to get the perfect picture.

This picture was taken in late October. I played around with the shadows by putting the camera at different angles. This allowed me to capture the leaf with shadows on and around it. It took me a few tries before getting the right image, I wanted to capture an image with vibrant colors but also darkness, representing the changing of the seasons.
